With looming federal cutbacks, the specter of a recession and related uncertainties represent a new and present challenge to Gateway Cities and other communities large and small. Resources, innovation, advocacy and collaboration will all play a role in weathering the current instability.
This symposium will offer perspectives from the federal level, provide viewpoints from the business community and from
a public policy expert. Building housing and creating livable communities requires collaboration, vision and advocacy. This event will begin a conversation around how we all can play a role building communities that thrive.
