OneHolyokeCDC’s Low-Carbon Cozy Homes

OneHolyoke has received two low-carbon Cozy Homes (or tiny houses), generously donated to us by the UMass DesignBuild program. These homes have now been moved to their permanent location at 800 Dwight Street, and will soon be made available for sale. The houses will be sold together as a duplex, to a single qualified buyer. More details about the sale will be available soon. Check back to this page for updates. The move of the houses to their permanent location was sponsored by Gary Rome Hyundai. This project would not be possible without community help, and we are very grateful to Gary Rome and his team for their support.

In 2022 we received a tiny house donated to us by UMass DesignBuild. This year, we received another tiny house from the program. Now, the two homes are located on the same property and will soon be available for sale. We’re so grateful to UMass for their continued partnership and commitment to innovative affordable housing solutions.
